Orders are typically dispatched within 5 days of receiving payment. Occasionally, it may take us longer to dispatch the shipment. While we typically update our website as soon as an artwork is sold, there may be an occasional lag in the process. Hence, as soon as we know you're interested in buying a piece, we first check its availability. Within two business days of receiving your purchase inquiry (usually earlier), we provide you with all the necessary information, and if you decide to proceed with the purchase, we send you a payment link to complete the transaction. We also guarantee that the piece look exactly like the pictures and videos shared, however it also depends on colour resolution of each display one is viewing the artworks on. We do not entertain returns. However, in the highly unlikely event that an item is delivered to you in damaged condition, we will make things right by finding an acceptable solution.
